2nd article
Second article
J Hus has come from nothing to something in the last 2 years, this is due to all of the success and exposure he is receiving from the music industry. The main reasons for his fans supporting him is due to his lyrics and slightly his flow but more to do with the lyrics and what he actually means in his bars, when you know the definition of the words being used, you then slowly get a understanding of what he is trying to show and tells us. Raps are usually like books but instead of reading in peace you get to hear it with a instrumental which some people find better than being in peace, most raps have a massive meaning or story behind what the artist is trying to show, J Hus is the type of rapper who tells you about his life story as we learn from his "daily duppy" and "street heat" he explains to us how he lived his lifestyle and how he is still living his life. Throughout his lyrics we understand and acknowledge how hard it was for him to grow up in a tough environment, he states many times in many different words how he wants to leave this gang life and move on to becoming a good person and learning about his religion. "One day I'll leave this whole life and practice Islam" from this short bar and the tone of voice used to say it, explains to us what he really meant. J Hus grew up around drugs, weapons and definitely violence, so for a person to change his life from all of that to becoming a well known artist worldwide then he has achieved a lot. Having a Muslim background did not have a massive impact of how he lived his life but it did have the slightest of ideas in his head, he always wanted to become better in many ways from living a harsh lifestyle to becoming a very calm person which is now known in a lot of places. Having.

Journalism 2 Task 1C
LEGAL,
ETHICAL AND MORAL.
My
article is to inform the public about this specific grime rapper which is
gaining attention, this rapper has only came into the music industry in 2015
and now 2 years later he has millions of views worldwide on YouTube. He also
became the first UK rapper to get more than a massive 2 million views in less
than six months after releasing a music video. Thought out my article you will
be seeing a lot of facts about the rapper, this is because if lies are added
the friends or family or even the rapper himself might feel disrespected or
feel anger towards the article as it does not contain the truth. The truth is
very important in an article as it is read by a lot of people who have
intentions of finding out more about this specific rapper. I am also aware that
if there are lies in this article than the public reading this will feel like
this is an untrusted source of information and that is it not reliable either.
An
example would be stating that the rapper is from south London when he is
actually from the borough of Newham. Incorrect information like this can cause
a lot of confusion and frustration towards the writer of the article. Also
saying stuff like he is the best from east London would also cause problems as
there are hundreds of other rappers in the east side of London that are highly
talented however unfortunately highly underrated. Everything in my article is
related and relevant I do not intend to have irrelevant information which would
confuse the public reading my article.
My
article would be posted up on an E-Magazine so therefore I am aware that OFCOM
and PCC have permission to remove any content which are irrelevant and
disturbing to the public they also have the ability to remove any content which
are inappropriate in any types of way. The public would also have options whether
to report my article if anything is wrong (E.G. wrong information, rude
information or even disturbing things) however
m article would be checked before released in case of an of these problems.

Journalism 2 Task 1B
Proposal
My target audience for this selected article
would be young adults, and some adults who are interested in these types of
music genre in our generation today. The audience varies in age due to the type
of lyrics and instrumental used. The main purpose of this article is to give
the target audience a better view of the artists they are listening to, knowing
the artists background and how he grew up could make us understand his lyrics
more instead of just listening to it and not understanding. Most of rap songs
have meanings and some are harder to figure out, so making the audience
understand the raps by giving them general information about the artist would
be easier to understand.
This would be set on platforms such as
magazines as it is able to contain a lot of information. Throughout my article
they will only be facts about the artist and nothing else in case the artists
feels that the content is inappropriate and disrespectful. My article will be
in a E newspaper as it is able to contain much more information than on another
platform. This article will also contain many images to give you a better
understanding of the text/caption. The simple pictures just give the readers a
better view as reading long paragraphs of texts can be boring. The text used is
not too long to bore the reader.
However the text used is mostly important
facts about the rapper. The images used are simple images that shows you how
the rapper looks like and normal pictures he has taken in the past, throughout his
career. On the article you will have a playlist on the side that will allow you
to hear a preview or even the full song when you interact with the songs on the
side, some interactions will be easier than some. The pictures that will be
posted will be taken at the photography studio.
